Soul Wanderess is the practice and the brand. It wraps sound healing, Reiki, and vocal activations into one container.
I harness vocal toning, chanting, and light language combined with sacred instruments: sound bowls, drums, shakers, chimes. The point is to move stagnant energy and bring you back to your body, mind, and spirit. I'm Reiki Levels 1 and 2 certified.
The work is simple. You lay down, and I hold the space. The bowls, my voice, the room itself, those do the rest. You don't have to perform or know what's going to happen. You just have to show up.
I work with people who already know they want to slow down. Curious about sound and energy work. Okay not knowing exactly what's going to happen. Mostly women, but not only. Austin folks who are tired of being efficient all the time.
This isn't therapy and it isn't medical. When someone needs support beyond my scope, I refer them to the right person. What I offer is presence, sound, and a held space.
